In case you really want to see what a school track team regularly does at practice, here are my workouts:
Day 1:
1/2 mile warm up
Drills and Stretching
100 meters+100 meter cool down x12
1/2 mile cool down.
Day 2:
1/2 mile warm up
Drills and streching
ladders: 400, 300, 200, 100 x3
cool down
Day 3:
1/2 mile warm up
drills and stretch
Relays (I ran anchor for the 4x400 and the 4x800)
And this morning I did a hard 3 mile run. I let my dad push me pretty hard and worked on my form!!!! I feel tired now, but later I will be very proud of myself.
So, yeah. I really should have posted this on Friday (that was when I typed out the colored workouts), but then we had to eat dinner, and then yesterday I let my dad use my computer (it isn't a mac and our home computer is... he wanted to use some software that was only for pc), so finally, here we are, it is Sunday and I just got back from my run. I will post again later today!
