This week my little brother went to a baseball camp for the first time ever. He has been playing baseball for a while now, and wanted to go to a camp this summer so that he could work on his skills. Just about 2 minutes after he arrived, he found something that he wanted to do more than anything at the camp. He wanted to be team captain.
Now, here's the scoop. For those of you who don't know, the captain of the baseball camp's team is only captain for one day, and it's very hard to accomplish this task you first year. But he did it.
My lil' bro was team captain yesterday after hitting five home runs for his team. He also showed amazing friendship and bravery during the game by supporting his teammates.
So, when there is something you need to do, you have to set your mind to it and it might just happen. Try everything, and never let an experience pass you by. YOLO.
Have a great day!
